Children who eat in front of a screen tend to eat fewer vegetables and fruit and more fatty foods and pop. Eating in front of a screen can also lead to overeating and a higher risk of being overweight. So sit down to eat your meal with the family, eat more vegetables and fruit and less fried foods, sweets, salty snacks and pop.
