Municipal Camp Recommendation - A Public Health Handbook

A handbook created to support camps in operating safely. The manual offers topic areas in sun safety, insects, injury prevention - helmet and PFD fitting, concussions, physical activity, screen and social media use, nutrition, mental health and water safety. It was developed in coordination with the Grey Bruce Health Unit, population health and chronic disease team with input from municipal partners and public health inspectors. The handbook is approximately 22 pages in lengths and provides resources and links to various programs and services.
