Thanks to the generous support of the Ontario Sport and Recreation Community Fund, two PLAY Kits have been distributed to each of the 17 municipalities in Grey Bruce. Saugeen First Nations also received kits for distribution in their community.
These kits are available for loan at designated locations within each community. These locations are typically libraries, community centres, municipal offices or other community hubs. Please check with your local recreation department to determine the exact locations in your community.
Within these kits are a variety of PLAY materials designed to get families active. Kits include: nerf footballs, nerf soccer balls, whiffle ball, baseball bat, and bases, Frisbee, beanbags, scoops, pylons and skipping ropes. These kits have all you need for the perfect Sunday afternoon in the park or when hosting a birthday party.
