2011 Longest Day of PLAY Results
PLAY is pleased to announce the top three municipalities who earned the highest amount of PLAY hours during the Longest Day of PLAY!
The third highest municipality is Southgate earning 1,838 PLAY hours.
The second highest municipality is Hanover earning 2,254 PLAY hours.
And the municipality earning the most PLAY hours during the first annual Longest Day of PLAY in Bruce Grey Community-wide Challenge is Huron Kinloss earning 6,992 PLAY hours!!!
The top three municipalities will receive a PLAY basket full of great prizes donated by local sponsors. The complete list of municipal PLAY hours logged in all participating municipalities can be found on the PLAY website.
It is estimated that over 3,000 people from all over Bruce and Grey were celebrating being active and having fun during the Longest Day of PLAY and the Longest Day of the Year!
